He took extra care of the couple of items I pointed out on the property and everything came out better than I imagined! Did not charge extra for window washing fluid when other places did. No hard water spots or anything on glass. The place looks amazing!

These folks really saved me a ton of time and delivered ultimate satisfaction with those before and after photos. Normally I’m a DIY person but I hired Hayden and his crew to pressure wash my mom’s rental house, clearly it was needed! I was looking at my house when I noticed a lot of dirt and mold with black spots on my siding, I tried washing it off myself but only to see that it came back shortly after. So I called river city pressure wash and talked to marshal the owner he came out cleaned the entire house and the black spots and mold have not returned. Very happy with the results and my house looks great. Thank you for a job well done.

This young man does what he says he's going to do and works with integrity, and goes beyond what he was hired to do. Showed up on time on a Saturday, worked and cleaned up after himself. We made a plan for him to return on Monday to do some additional work and there he was Hard at work. And on top of all that, just a sweetheart of a human being!

For years we have been just washing our house with a water hose and it has always still looked dirty. After Marshall came and power washed our home it has never looked better and is actually white now! He got rid of all the mold spots we had on our vinyl as well. Hayden was the best! He showed up right on time, asked all the right questions and made sure to get my driveway and the front of my house that was egged by some rowdy teenagers CLEAN!! Egg is impossible to remove and I was worried I’d have to repaint my house but Hayden got it all off and the front of my house and driveway look AMAZING!! Thank you Hayden!

Hayden did great. I'm very thankful for the work that he did, My fence looks brand new again!! He even cleaned up the walking path. I was shocked it could even look like that again. Hayden went above and beyond when he pressure washed our house and patio. He did an excellent job with the work and even took the initiative to coordinate with another contractor to have our patio sealed right after he washed it. There were stains on the siding that I had tried to wash off with the hose and we weren’t sure if they would even come off, but Hayden made it look brand new. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Marshal was great! He was easy to communicate with, affordable and showed up on time on a Saturday in the rain to wash our house; fence, porch, driveway and sidewalks. He did a great job eliminating the abundant black spore on the vinyl siding and also got rid of the lichen that was beginning to form in the driveway. The house looks like new again. Will definitely use him again in the future.
