Tennis courts take a beating. Between tree debris, algae, moisture, and general buildup, even a well-maintained court can start looking rough. The edge where the hard court surface meets the surrounding turf is usually the worst spot - and that's exactly what we were dealing with here. Heavy organic buildup had worked its way into that transition zone and left the border area looking dark, crusty, and worn down.
That's where soft washing comes in. We don't go straight to high pressure on surfaces like this - too aggressive, and you risk damaging the court coating or tearing up the turf. A controlled soft wash lets us break down the biological growth and grime without beating up the surface underneath. The court color came back noticeably richer, the edge lines got their definition back, and the surrounding turf cleaned up well too.
While we were on-site, we also took care of the gutters and soffits on the home. The fascia and soffit panels had the kind of streaking and grime buildup that creeps in slowly - you stop noticing it until it's really bad. The before shots show dark streaking and residue along the soffit face and gutter line. After the soft wash, the trim and soffits came back to a clean, consistent finish.
Gutter cleaning is something a lot of homeowners put off, and the exterior surfaces around the roofline often get skipped entirely. Pairing it with a soft wash on the rest of the property is just efficient - you get everything addressed in one visit and the whole exterior looks pulled together when we're done.
