This one had it all. Composite deck boards coated in grime, a pergola running black with algae streaks, patio pavers buried under moss, and siding dotted with mildew. When a property has this much buildup across this many surfaces, the key is knowing which method to use where - and not cutting corners on any of it.

We started on the deck and pergola. The composite boards had that flat, chalky look that happens when dirt and organic growth settle into the surface over time. The pergola was in rough shape too - heavy algae lines running down the posts and beams. Pressure washing brought the deck boards back to their actual color, and the pergola cleaned up cleaner than you'd expect given how far gone it was.

The patio pavers were covered in moss and green growth so thick it was hard to see the original stone color underneath. That kind of buildup doesn't just look bad - it makes surfaces slippery and accelerates surface wear. After the clean, the warm earth tones of the pavers came back through completely. Big difference.

The soft wash on the house siding is where that method really earns its keep. The siding had mildew spotting and algae streaking, especially along the lower courses. Soft washing uses a low-pressure application with cleaning solution that breaks down biological growth at the source - no risk of forcing water behind panels or damaging the surface. The result is a clean that lasts longer than pressure washing alone ever would.

Every surface on this property got the attention it needed. That's the thing about full exterior cleaning - when everything is done at once, the whole property looks cohesive and sharp, not just one clean section next to three dirty ones.
